Residency Fees are $250.00 each week and must be paid no later than 7:00 PM on Friday night to your designated house manager or assistant house manager. 

Residency Fees can be paid with cash, certified bank check, money order or Cash App. 

*Please note a $500.00 one time intake and processing fee will be collected with the first weeks Residency Fee. 

The Core Program Rules are enforced at each of the individual Brady's Place Sober Houses. However they do vary by location across the Boston Metro South Area and South Shore. You can view the differences between each of the five Sober Houses by clicking on the Sober Homes link at the top of this page.

Each of our five locations has a dedicated House Manager and Assistant House Manager who oversees the day to day operation of the home.

In the unfortunate event Relapses and is intoxicated on Drugs or Alcohol or fails a Urinalysis Screening they will be discharged and offered a higher level of care or a local Detox Center if needed and desired please see the full In Event of Relapse PDF for any further clarification.
